Real Madrid celebrates its 15th anniversary and equals its best era in history.

The second half took on a different flavor when Carvajal burst from behind to smash a volley into the defense. It was an early warning, followed by a brilliant save from Gregor Kobel after a foul on Kroos.

However, Borussia Dortmund's yellow wall vanished when Carvajal blasted home a Kroos corner at the near post. The youth academy graduate, the man who laid the foundation stone for the new training ground, was the man who unblocked the night.
Fear, which is often dictated by luck, shifted to the other side. The pressure, on the shoulders of the Decimoquinta, shifted to the inexperienced Germans, who gave away the 0-2 and the final.
Ian Maatsen, with a catastrophic delivery at the back, left Jude Bellingham—one of Real Madrid's weak points—and Vinícius in a two-on-one situation. The Englishman, who had missed the second moments earlier, connected with the Brazilian, who with a weak shot gave the final bite to the title.

The Botafogo method: from B to Copa Libertadores champion in three years
With star signings like Thiago Almada, Luiz Henrique, and Alex Telles, Fogão achieved continental glory after beating Atlético Mineiro 3-1 at the Monumental de Núñez stadium, writing the most coveted chapter in their history. Botafogo made history on November 30th by winning the Copa Libertadores for the first time in their 106-year history. At the Monumental de Buenos Aires stadium, they defeated Gabriel Milito's Atlético Mineiro 3-1 with goals from Luiz Henrique, Alex Telles, and Júnior Santos, securing a title that seemed elusive. Barely a minute into the game, Gregore was shown a red card for a tackle on Fausto Vera, leaving Fogão with ten men for most of the final. However, the Rio de Janeiro side showed character and talent to overcome adversity, putting together an epic performance.
Portuguese coach Artur Jorge was key to this historic achievement. Arriving in April from Sporting Braga, he imposed a style of play based on a 4-2-3-1 formation that combines defensive solidity and explosive attack. This allowed Botafogo to reinvent itself in a year that culminated in ultimate glory.
