While most teams are struggling with a rotten game in this 74 World Cup, with a few exceptions (Yugoslavia, Sweden, Poland), the Dutch are working quietly and preparing their philosophy of total football in a relaxed manner. In the end, it's not just the French who refuse to train,  but with the others, it works. Frantisek Fadrhonc ( Rinus Michels ' assistant ) even encourages his players to act like idiots, for fun, and tries to introduce them to a strange, all-moving approach that leaves Johan Cruijff and his Flying Dutchmen a little stunned. Note also that total football is prepared with the ball in your hands and not with your feet. At the bottom, there is one who is having trouble keeping up anyway. So, he curses his hand like a tennis player who has just missed his serve. He will end up finding a place on the bench if he doesn't concentrate a little more. As for Cruijff, he prefers to practice taking throw-ins. This nasty character will never do anything like the others.
